Jimmy Carter's UFO briefing.
« on: December 28, 2021, 04:11:34 PM »
Jimmy Carter crying after being briefed about classified information regarding UFO’s is largely believed to be true by the serious researchers.

Corroborated by more than one witness, U.S. presidents are only given a cursory overview of the subject. Apparently, the CIA runs the program, only provide information to the President on a need to know basis, and do not consider presidential curiosity as sufficient need to know. This was implemented after Kennedy.

President Carter is a deeply religious man who had also witnessed a UFO with 6 other people. Everyone thought that he would be the one to finally release UFO info to the public. Eventually, the CIA had “the talk” with him, and afterward it was reported that he sunk his head in his hands and not only began to deeply sob, but was visibly disturbed for some weeks afterward.

He was told that the major religions including Christianity were programs created by extraterrestrials to prevent us from destroying ourselves while they ran their experiments on us – and that they made us.

The Carter UFO initiative, such as it was, quickly approached its climax. Some individuals maintain that the President was given a UFO briefing at the White House on June 14, 1977, and afterwards was bound to secrecy. According to former USAF Captain Robert Collins, “a lone MJ-12 briefing officer” met with the President, accompanied by several independent sources. Together these sources produced a “reconstruction” of what was told to Carter, and this became known as the “Executive Briefing: Project Aquarius” document. It was later leaked to UFO researcher William Moore through a member of the Defense Intelligence Agency known only as the Falcon. Moore said that the notes he received were a typed copy of handwritten notes that had been used by the officer during the briefing. The memo itself gives the (now standard) account of multiple retrievals of alien technology.

Grant Cameron noted that a review of the schedule on June 14, 1977 shows that a meeting in the Cabinet room between 1:35 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., to “discuss appropriations for intelligence affairs in the 1979 Budget of the U.S.” could have been a cover for another meeting which did not appear in the diary of President Carter. However, there remains no hard evidence to support the claims that a briefing took place, and no proof has shown the documents to be either legitimate or a forgery.

In this context, the author [Richard Dolan] can relate an anecdote told to him privately by a well-placed source. In June 1977, a presidential aide who was “very, very close to Carter” walked into the Oval Office following a briefing that the aide knew had concerned the topic of UFOs. Carter was sobbing, with his head in his hands, nearly on his desk. Although the aide did not learn the precise reasons for Carter’s emotional state, he said that a few of Carter’s phrases made it clear he was deeply upset about the topic.

Prominent Harvard training civil rights lawyer Danny Sheehan has testified many times that in 1977 when he was Chief Counsel for the Jesuit headquarters in Washington DC, that he was contacted by Marcia S. Smith, Director of the Library of Congress’s Science and Technology Division of the Congressional Research Service as a consultant. Sheehan was asked to help with two classified reports Smith was preparing for the president – one was on UFOs and a second report dealt with extraterrestrial intelligence.

As part of his consultant role he asked for and spent one afternoon reviewing the classified Blue Book files which included pictures of a crashed flying saucer being recovered. If Sheehan, as just a consultant to the two reports, saw pictures of a downed saucer it would indicate nothing much was held back from Crater who was the final customer for the classified reports.

Sheehan reported that he saw the final classified reports that went to the president. In the study on extraterrestrial intelligence Sheehan reported that he read that it had been determined it was estimated that there were at least 2-6 extraterrestrial races visiting the Earth.

Secret service agent Harvey Jack McGeorge tells a story of being in the Carter briefing. The story came in a recounting by reporter Harry Lebelson who was then at OMNI magazine. Lebelson heard it from a close friend of McGeorge. McGeorge was a munitions counter weapons specialist.

The story told by McGeorge is that he was in the UFO briefing where Carter was told the and why the aliens were here, the religious implications, and the fact the aliens are in control. He was also shown the Holloman Air Force Base landing film which purported shows a landing of a UFO at Holloman in May 1971 where aliens get out and are greeted by base officials.
